Job summary

Remotebridge is seeking a 211 Specialist contractor to help evaluate and improve AI systems for government services. You will review questions to ensure they sound like real callers and that responses are helpful. This is a remote, short-term project requiring 10-20 hours per week.

Strong written communication and familiarity with public benefits are important. Start quickly and work asynchronously with the project team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a 211 Specialist, Information & Referral Specialist, or Benefits Navigator.
• 1+ years of regular, high-volume public contact (phone, chat, or in person)
• Working knowledge of public benefits and community resources
• US-based
• Able to start quickly and commit 10-20 hours/week
• Clear, precise writing

Responsibilities
