Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Managers to evaluate AI-generated property management content and workflows, leveraging your real-world expertise in operating and maintaining residential, commercial, and industrial properties and managing community associations.

This contractor-style engagement requires a commitment of 20+ hours per week, with a start date of immediate and a duration of approximately 4-6 weeks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in property/association management roles such as Property Manager, Real Estate Manager, or HOA/Community Association Manager.
• Experience planning, directing, or coordinating leasing, operation, maintenance, or governance of residential, commercial, or industrial properties or associations.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
• Strong written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated property operating budgets, lease analyses, maintenance plans, governance documents, and other PM artifacts for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on financial soundness, regulatory and lease compliance, and operational feasibility.
• Review scenarios involving tenant/owner relations, rent collection, vendor contracts, capital improvements, and board matters; provide expert feedback.
