Accenture is seeking a design-focused AI engineer to design, optimize, and govern enterprise AI experiences using Atlassian Rovo and LLMs. You will blend prompt engineering with knowledge orchestration to deliver secure, scalable AI capabilities that boost productivity and decision-making.

Role involves collaborating with product owners, solution architects, AI engineers, and business stakeholders; travel may be required to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical AI/ML role with NLP or knowledge management, including ≥2 years with LLMs.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on prompt engineering for enterprise use cases across one or more LLM platforms.
• Minimum of 2 years helping enterprise clients design, adopt, or govern AI-powered tools, knowledge systems, or automation workflows.
• Minimum of 2 years building or configuring AI agents, virtual assistants, or chatbot experiences with tool-use and knowledge grounding.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with knowledge management systems (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint) to curate enterprise content.
• Minimum of 2 years experience evaluating AI system performance and driving improvements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
