Biorce's Sigma Team is seeking a Project Manager to orchestrate high-stakes AI initiatives, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Design, and Research to keep work moving with clarity.

You will own plans, track milestones, run team rituals, document decisions, and ensure fast delivery without losing context, balancing hands-on tasks with transparent communication to engineers and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams in SaaS development.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Jira and fluent English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks and dependencies across Product, Engineering, Design, and Research.
• Maintain and update project plans and tracking boards to keep status current.
• Organize standups, syncs, sprint reviews, and follow-ups to unblock teams.
• Identify risks and blockers early and keep milestones on track.
• Document and communicate decisions clearly across teams.
