Qualifications

• 4+ years managing software or technical delivery — including startup/small-team experience.
• Track record shipping cross-functional work with engineering.
• Daily use of AI tools in workflow with concrete examples.
• Fluency with modern collaboration tools (Jira, Linear, Slack, docs).
• Excellent written English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery across engineering, product, data and customer-facing teams.
• Draft specs, summarize threads, triage backlogs, prepare work for AI agents.
• Identify blockers and dependencies; drive decisions to closure.
• Communicate status with minimal ceremony; record decisions for future reference.
• Lead retrospectives and apply learnings to prevent recurrence.
