Job summary

Programmers.io in Atlanta, GA seeks a senior leader to guide end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI, Gen AI and ML programs, from use-case to production. You will develop roadmaps, prioritise milestones, and coordinate across business, product, data science, engineering, cloud, cybersecurity and architecture teams to ensure successful AI initiatives aligned with business objectives.

You will drive GenAI/LLM, Agentic AI and intelligent automation while establishing governance for Responsible AI,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT/program management, including experience leading large transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI and cloud-based AI solutions.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in an enterprise/customer environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery, program governance, risk management and stakeholder management.
• Excellent customer-facing, executive communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in financial services, payments or fintech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI, Generative AI and Machine Learning programs, from use-case identification through production implementation.
