Job summary

Satwic Inc. seeks an enterprise AI Program Manager to organize and accelerate AI initiatives across governance, backlog, and delivery.

You will create and maintain program artifacts, triage intake, and coordinate cross-functional teams to move work from request to delivery. You will develop AI governance materials, conduct risk reviews, and lead enablement sessions with staff using tools like ChatGPT EDU, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Box AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three or more years of experience delivering enterprise AI and software lifecycle (SDLC) initiatives from intake through implementation and operational hand-off.
• Experience creating and maintaining program artifacts such as charters, roadmaps, process maps, intake forms, and executive-ready reporting.
• Experience managing a program or project backlog, including intake triage, prioritization, and status tracking.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms (for example, ChatGPT EDU, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Box AI) and their use within a large organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear documentation and engage staff across varying levels of technical fluency.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, cross functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and version program artifacts (charters, roadmaps, intake forms, process maps, presentations, and reporting templates).
• Support and drive the product backlog, including intake triage, prioritization, status tracking, and hand-offs.
• Help support the Enterprise Intake Management process, including prioritization, research, and customer engagement.
• Coordinate agendas, action items, schedules, and follow-ups across program workstreams and stakeholders.
• Support AI governance materials development, including acceptable use standards and risk-level guardrails.
• Assist with AI use case reviews and risk assessments and prepare documentation for security, privacy, and leadership review.
• Maintain templates and standards for consistency, compliance, and brand alignment.
• Deliver workshops, office hours, and enablement sessions to build staff proficiency with enterprise AI tools.
• Drive staff engagement through communications and onboarding materials to grow AI adoption.
• Gather feedback and usage insights to identify friction points and improve enablement resources.
