CoPilot Innovations is seeking an AI Program Manager to own client engagements end-to-end, translating ambiguous business needs into structured AI solutions. You will work hands-on with AI tools, collaborate with engineers, and act as a strategic partner to clients—not just a point of contact.

The role requires 4 to 6+ years in consulting, product, program management, or startup operations, with direct experience managing clients and working alongside technical teams.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6+ years in consulting, product, program management, or startup operations with direct client management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own client engagements end-to-end across multiple accounts.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into structured AI solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers to shape AI agents, automations, and ML systems.
• Validate ideas quickly with POCs and early prototypes.
• Run multiple projects in structured delivery frameworks.
• Drive weekly progress and manage blockers to maintain momentum.
• Align client leadership around priorities and trade-offs.
• Identify high-impact AI use cases and surface risks and opportunities.
