Job summary

CoPilot Innovations seeks an AI Engineering Lead to act as the technical authority across the engineering team. This hands-on leadership role builds production-ready AI systems while coaching engineers, reviewing architectures, and setting engineering standards internally and across client accounts.

You’ll architect and ship end-to-end AI applications, lead technical direction, and define best practices for AI-first development in a fully remote culture with USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering with leadership or mentoring
• Hands-on with Python, LLMs, and AI workflows
• Experience building production AI systems and scalable architectures
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Architect and ship end-to-end AI apps across GenAI, agentic AI, ML/DL and automation
• Lead technical direction for AI projects across multiple accounts
• Review solution architectures for scalable, secure, enterprise-ready builds
• Coach engineers through code reviews, 1:1s, and growth plans
• Define best practices for AI-first software development, cloud deployment and engineering quality
