This hands-on leadership role focuses on building production-ready AI systems while coaching engineers, reviewing architectures, and establishing high engineering standards for both internal teams and client accounts.

You will lead an AI-focused team, translate complex AI concepts for diverse audiences, and architect end-to-end AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership of AI engineering teams.
• Strong Python and ML system design.
• Experience in MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD.
• Ability to translate AI concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing AI engineering team while setting standards across client engagements.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable direction for business and technical stakeholders.
• Architect and deliver production-grade end-to-end AI solutions (ML + generative/agent-based approaches).
• Serve as trusted advisor shaping AI roadmaps, designs, and delivery approaches.
• Define best practices for AI-first software development, cloud deployment, and engineering quality.
