Job summary

BNY Mellon seeks an AI Program Lead to steer a cross-functional POD focused on identifying, developing, deploying, and scaling AI-driven solutions that address business needs and improve efficiency.

You will partner with AI Hub, data scientists, engineers, ops hub, and platform teams to shape AI opportunities, prioritize use cases, and deliver responsible AI applications while leading day-to-day POD activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience in AI/ML, analytics, data science, or a related technical discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects, workstreams, or teams in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and prioritization of AI/ML, analytics, and automation projects delivering measurable value.
• Oversee end-to-end development, validation, deployment, and monitoring of AI/ML solutions.
• Guide data preparation, feature engineering, exploratory analysis, and model design to support effective modeling.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, practical, and aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards.
• Foster collaboration across business, operations, and technology stakeholders to remove blockers.
