Job summary

BNY Mellon seeks a Senior Vice President, Group Delivery Lead for its AI Hub to drive enterprise AI/ML initiatives in New York, NY or Pittsburgh, PA. You will oversee planning and execution, align resources, and deliver complex programs across functions.

The role requires 8–12 years of experience, PMP/SAFe or Agile preferred, strong leadership and risk management, and a track record of delivering AI/technology transformations with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree and/or certification in project/program/portfolio management preferred.
• Typically 8–12 years of experience in leading complex cross-functional programs and strategic delivery initiatives.
• Extensive experience leading AI/ML, data, technology, or transformation programs in regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, including partnering with senior executives.
• Proven ability to drive AI/ML and technology transformation initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of enterprise AI/ML initiatives, driving cross-functional programs from strategy through delivery.
• Develop and manage integrated delivery roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success measures.
• Partner with engineering and product to drive alignment, prioritization, governance, and decision-making across initiatives.
• Establish and maintain delivery standards, controls, reporting, and risk management practices.
• Serve as a delivery SME, providing guidance, coaching, and leadership across teams and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement via data-driven insights, innovation, and upgraded delivery methodologies and tools.
