Job summary

BNY is seeking an AI Ops leader to define and drive the strategy for AI Garage in Investments & Wealth. You will establish standards for deploying and monitoring AI/ML solutions in production and provide technical leadership across the full AI lifecycle.

The role requires deep expertise in cloud platforms, CI/CD, and observability, with a focus on reliability, security, and enterprise governance in a regulated setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• Significant experience in software engineering, ML engineering, AI/ML operations, or SRE.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale AI/ML production operations in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the AI Ops strategy for AI Garage for Investments & Wealth.
• Establish standards, frameworks, and best practices for deploying, monitoring, and supporting AI/ML solutions in production.
