Job summary

ReqRoute,Inc is seeking an AI Program Manager for a 6-month onsite engagement in Atlanta, GA. The role requires leading AI program initiatives, coordinating across product, data science, engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, and architecture teams, and establishing governance for Responsible AI and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT/program management, including leading large transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and cloud-based AI solutions.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in an enterprise/customer environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery, program governance, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent customer-facing, executive communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in financial services, payments, or fintech is preferred.
• PMP/Agile/Cloud/AI certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Track program KPIs including business value, productivity improvement, cost savings, adoption, and time-to-value.
• Manage customer and senior executive stakeholders, providing clear visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.
• Drive adoption, change management, and continuous improvement across AI programs.
• Manage AI pilots/POCs and facilitate their transition into scalable production solutions.
• Develop and manage the AI program roadmap, priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate across business, product, data science, engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, and architecture teams to deliver AI initiatives.
• Establish governance for Responsible AI, data privacy, security, model risk, and regulatory compliance.
