Job summary

VSG Business Solutions LLC seeks an AI Program Manager to lead enterprise AI initiatives through full project lifecycles, balancing budget and schedule with entrepreneurial flexibility. You will drive AI/ML initiatives across manufacturing and distribution, partnering with IT and business stakeholders to deliver measurable ROI and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• PMP certification or in active pursuit.
• Agile certification (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
• Preferred: AI, machine learning, or data analytics training or certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery and position the PMO as a strategic advisor.
• Develop and manage project plans, charters, communication and testing plans.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks and quality.
• Partner with IT leadership and stakeholders to support AI use cases.
• Translate business problems into AI-ready statements with success metrics.
• Coordinate technology teams across the AI lifecycle.
• Oversee AI pilots, proofs of concept, and production deployments.
• Lead AI-focused change management and adoption efforts.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches as needed.
• Present prioritized AI use cases and project health updates to executives.
