Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior AI Delivery Lead / AI Program Delivery Manager to drive enterprise AI initiatives from discovery through deployment. This role partners with business stakeholders and technical teams to shape strategy and deliver measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years leading AI programs, strong governance, and experience delivering end-to-end AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, with a proven ability to navigate ambiguous environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience leading AI initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions from ideation through production deployment.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts and technical solutions to non-technical business stakeholders.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams across business, engineering, security, infrastructure, and data science organizations.
• Experience managing priorities, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms in AWS and/or Azure.
• Highly organized and structured approach to delivery and execution.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and roadmap development experience.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architecture, engineering, security, infrastructure, and data science teams to identify high-value AI opportunities.
• Develop delivery roadmaps, manage program execution, and ensure measurable business outcomes.
• Help shape AI strategy, establish governance processes, prioritize initiatives, communicate progress to leadership, and ensure AI investments drive operational efficiency and quality improvements across the organization.
