Bank of America Corporation seeks an AI Products & Transformation Manager to shape the AI agenda for Global Payments Solutions. You will translate business priorities into focused, execution-ready use cases, coordinating delivery across Product, Technology, Data Science, Risk, Compliance and Legal to drive adoption and measurable impact.

This hands-on leader will work across teams, managing ambiguity and delivering practical, governed AI solutions that align with responsible growth and client

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years in AI transformation, data product management or related fields with scalable product launches.
• Hands-on experience designing prompts, GenAI UX, and understanding model behavior and adoption.
• Strong data, tech and payments background with collaboration across engineering, data science, risk and compliance.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives, secure sponsorship, and drive adoption across matrix teams.
• Commercially minded, execution-focused leader with ability to develop standards, models and reusable frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business priorities into focused, execution-ready AI use cases for Global Payments Solutions.
• Maintain AI product management routines: prompt libraries, governance, adoption playbooks and value measurement.
• Lead discovery and solution design including prompt frameworks, data needs, user journeys and business cases.
• Prepare updates on tradeoffs, risks, adoption progress, outcomes and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate execution across Product, Technology, Data Science, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Sales and client teams.
