Job summary

Amperity is seeking a seasoned CRM Consultant in Seattle to advise on marketing strategies and client-facing initiatives. You will partner with marketers to translate insights into actionable campaigns across email, SMS, and paid media, driving growth and customer lifetime value.

You will collaborate with Amperity’s Analytics team, influence product roadmap with client feedback, and help deliver a personalized, data-driven customer experience for top brands.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in a digital marketing, customer insights, agency, or strategic client-facing role, or in a digital marketing function at a retailer.
• Foundational marketing strategy knowledge and experience launching/measuring campaigns in email, SMS, direct mail, or paid media.
• Experience advising clients on translating insights into actions and measuring impact.
• Strong presentation and professional presence with the ability to think on your feet.
• Passionate about diving into data to understand customer behavior and influence the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Consult with marketers to identify trends, opportunities, and valuable segments to drive growth.
• Design cross-channel programs, analyze performance, and guide optimization for client value.
• Gain deep insights into brands and join the front lines of creating a personalized customer experience.
• Advocate for clients across Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align services with client needs.
• Contribute to Amperity thought leadership and community resources.
• Drive AI experimentation and design personalization strategies at scale.
