Job summary

Amperity seeks a Principal Product Builder, AI and Agentic, to ensure customers realize value from what we build. You will connect customer journeys to technical strategy, own backlog with a focus on outcomes, and guide cross-functional teams through ambiguous challenges.

You bring deep technical depth in agentic systems, prototype quickly with AI tools, and help shape Amperity's agentic strategy while mentoring others.

Qualifications

• Customer value focus; validate ideas with prototypes or feedback before shipping.
• Hands-on prototype work with AI tools and low-code integrations.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end architecture and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes end-to-end across multiple projects, aligned with strategic goals.
• Engage customers and stakeholders to shape product direction and decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams; balance roadmap and backlog with focus on value.
• Define and communicate a clear narrative for product initiatives.
• Shape agentic strategy and guide the application of AI in products.
