Amperity in Seattle is seeking a CRM Consultant to help clients leverage customer data to drive marketing growth. You will work with marketers at leading brands to translate data insights into action across email, SMS, direct mail, and paid media.

You will collaborate with Analytics and Product teams, travel occasionally for engagements, and participate in shaping the AI-first roadmap.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in digital marketing, insights, or client-facing roles.
• Experience translating insights into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Strong presentation skills and professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Consult with marketers to identify trends, opportunities, and segments.
• Design cross-channel programs, analyze performance, and guide optimization.
• Work with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align services with client goals.
• Drive AI experimentation and leverage insights to improve personalization at scale.
• Act as client advocate across the organization to inform product roadmap.
