You will own the AI product backlog, translate business requirements into product specs, and collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Engineering to deliver scalable workflows across global regions. You bring 10+ years in product management or enterprise programs, SaaS domain expertise, and a proven ability to orchestrate AI agents.

Formación

• 10+ years of product management, strategy, or enterprise program management experience.
• SaaS domain expertise across GTM lifecycle, CRM, and revenue operations.
• AI-agent orchestration experience and ability to translate constraints into business solutions.
• Consultative mindset with high EQ to influence senior leaders and drive adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and own the holistic GTM AI strategy, balancing global operations with regional nuances.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear product requirements for AI Platform and AI Engineering teams.
• Prioritize use cases using a data-driven framework; manage the AI backlog and roadmap.
• Lead multi-system process engineering and define decision spaces for autonomous agents.
• Drive change management, governance, and enablement to ensure adoption of agent-led sales motions.
