Johnson Controls International (JCI) is looking for a talented and detail‑oriented AI Product PM with a strong focus on Agile delivery to join our team. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the AI team. Your primary responsibility will be to gather and document business requirements, facilitate communication between business and technical teams, and ensure the successful delivery of projects using Agile methodologies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with the team to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, prioritizing features and establishing a product backlog.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear and effective communication, managing expectations, and providing regular project updates.
Apply Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to drive project delivery, including facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Identify and manage project risks and dependencies, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the delivered data and analytics solutions meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success criteria, monitoring and reporting on project progress and outcomes.
Continuously improve Agile processes and practices, leveraging lessons learned from previous projects to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $85,000-100,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
