Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. in Milwaukee seeks a detail-oriented AI Product PM with strong Agile delivery to bridge business stakeholders and AI teams. You will gather business requirements, write user stories, manage the product backlog, and drive delivery.

You will champion SCRUM/Kanban practices, coordinate cross-functional teams, define KPIs, and lead UAT and stakeholder communications to ensure timely, high-quality analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as analyst or project coordinator with a focus on AI projects and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables; manage product backlog.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders and development teams; manage expectations and provide updates.
• Apply Agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) to drive delivery; facilitate planning, grooming, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and coordinate UAT to validate analytics solutions.
• Define KPIs with stakeholders and report on progress and outcomes.
• Continuously improve Agile processes using lessons learned.

Your primary responsibility will be to gather and document business requirements, facilitate communication between business and technical teams, and ensure the successful delivery of projects using Agile methodologies.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Work closely with the team to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, prioritizing features and establishing a product backlog.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear and effective communication, managing expectations, and providing regular project updates.

• Apply Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to drive project delivery, including facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Identify and manage project risks and dependencies, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.

• Coordinateuser acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the delivered data and analytics solutions meet business requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success criteria, monitoring and reporting on project progress and outcomes.

• ContinuouslyimproveAgile processes and practices, leveraging lessons learned from previous projects to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

What we look for

• Twoyearsexperienceasanalyst or project coordinator, with a focus onAIprojects and Agile delivery methodologies.

• Experience working in Agile environments, applying Scrum or Kanban methodologies, and using Agile tools such asAzure DevOps

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between business and technical teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into clear and actionable user stories.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and is not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Tools.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $85,000-100,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience,knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with marketdata.)
