Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary business owner for CRM/ERP and integrated business platforms.
Own business processes and product lifecycle for ERP/CRM technologies.
Maintain expert understanding of CRM/ERP architecture, features, and integrations.
Prioritize and maintain the product backlog based on customer and business value, impact, strategic alignment, risk, effort, and dependencies.
Maintain data governance standards and validation procedures.
Monitor reporting accuracy and platform integrity.
Collaborate with teams responsible for CRM/ERP, website, community, reporting, LMS, accounting/ecommerce, and other integrated applications.
Assess impacts of platform changes across connected systems.
Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
Maintain CRM/ERP documentation and establish clear ownership.
Partner with stakeholders to scope initiatives and enhancements.
Align product vision and roadmap with product management, Cx/Ux, technology leaders, and business stakeholders.
Gather and refine business and technical requirements and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Lead and influence a matrixed delivery team without direct authority.
Champion product vision and communicate prioritization rationale.
Navigate ambiguity, mediate conflicting stakeholder needs, and drive decisions.
Document user stories and acceptance criteria.
Validate completed stories through data analysis and system testing.
Collaborate on sprint planning and select backlog items.
Create and maintain a roadmap.
Accept or reject completed work based on acceptance criteria.
Provide day-to-day prioritization of deliverables.
Participate in agile events including stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
Refine processes to improve team efficiency and product quality.
Perform other duties as required

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration or related discipline
5+ years of proven experience leading teams responsible for product development inclusive of applications/IT needs (CRM, ERP, HRS, etc.)
Experience in business analysis, solutions development, creating business requirements and delivering business capabilities
Experience leveraging AI/ML tools and capabilities within CRM/ERP or business-platform environments
CRM administration and configuration experience (Required)
ERP administration and configuration experience (Required)
Fluent in agile development processes and methodology
Ability to read and understand technical documentation conveying business systems architecture
Ability to speak with customers and members
Experience with conflict resolution and soft skills
Ability to write user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for front- and back-end applications
Ability to perform moderately complex data analysis
Solid interpersonal, research, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred
Reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year for year basis
