Job summary
Wolters Kluwer N.V. is seeking an AI / Agentic Product Owner in Dallas to own the post-release lifecycle and drive continuous optimization of agentic AI solutions.
You will manage the backlog, prioritize features, and coordinate with AI enablement, trainers, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver business value. The role requires 7+ years in product ownership, familiarity with generative AI concepts, and the ability to translate feedback into prioritized work while balancing delivery
Qualifications
- 7+ years in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles
- Experience in Agile environments
- Experience coordinating across business, technology, QA, and stakeholders
- Preferred: AI/ML-enabled products or intelligent automation
- Foundational understanding of LLMs, RAG, and prompt-driven workflows
Responsibilities
- Own Post-Release Product Lifecycle and backlog
- Continuously evaluate product performance and improvements
- Drive backlog prioritization and release planning
- Coordinate with engineering, QA, AI Enablement, and Trainers
- Translate feedback into actionable backlog items
- Balance defects, AI performance, and feature requests
