Job summary

Accenture seeks a Product Owner to bridge business needs with an AI-driven development squad, shaping roadmaps and translating complex requirements into prioritized increments. You will own the backlog, lead Agile ceremonies, and ensure delivery delivers measurable business value across enterprise software initiatives.

You will coordinate with engineering, architecture, finance, and C-suite stakeholders, guiding MVP scope and phased rollouts while aligning with budget and vendor strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in product ownership, product management, or technical program management in enterprise software environments.
• Minimum 3 years experience product ownership and Agile/Scrum mastery.
• Minimum 2 years experience with agentic AI platforms and modern cloud stacks.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product backlog with user stories and sprint goals.
• Bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering squad to deliver measurable value.
• Define MVP scope and phased rollout strategies for agentic capabilities.
• Oversee portfolio-level planning including budget alignment and vendor management.
