Wolters Kluwer is seeking an AI / Agentic Product Owner to own the post-release lifecycle of agentic AI products and continuously optimize performance. The role centers on backlog management, prioritization, and coordinating engineering, QA, AI Enablement, and Trainers to deliver business value and scale AI capabilities.

This position requires a foundation in generative AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, prompts) and strong decision-making to balance user impact, value, and delivery capacity across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience coordinating across business, technology, QA, and operational stakeholders.
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled products or intelligent automation.
• Foundational understanding of generative AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, prompts).

Responsibilities

• Own post-release product backlog and lifecycle, ensuring ongoing business value.
• Coordinate backlog with engineering, QA, AI Enablement, and Trainers; translate feedback into backlog items.
• Lead release planning and prioritization for live AI products; balance defects, performance, and new features.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and clear acceptance criteria across teams.
