Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking a Product Owner who can bridge business stakeholders and an agentic AI development squad to deliver enterprise-grade software.

You will own the backlog, shape the roadmap, lead Agile ceremonies, and ensure MVPs and phased rollouts deliver measurable business value across complex environments.

This role requires deep product ownership experience, fluency in AI-enabled platforms, and the ability to influence multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in product ownership or equivalent in enterprise software.
• Minimum 3 years experience owning and leading multi-squad Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Minimum 2 years experience with generative AI fluency and agentic SDLC platforms (Jira, Dovetail) and cloud stacks (AWS, Azure).
• Minimum 10 years experience with executive stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Minimum 10 years experience with enterprise integration across SAP, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and modern dev technologies.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Oil & Gas, industrial, or B2B enterprise environments preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product backlog—defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals for the agentic AI team.
• Bridge between business stakeholders and engineering, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring measurable value.
• Define MVP scope and phased rollout strategies with stakeholder feedback and user data.
• Oversee portfolio-level planning including budget alignment, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Travel may be required; travel percentage varies by client engagement.
