Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Technical Product Owner - AI in Washington state (Hybrid in Bothell or Bellevue) for a 2-year contract. Lead AI transformation by defining Copilot strategy, gather requirements, write user stories, and prioritize features across IT, Data Ops, IT Security, and business stakeholders.

You will own end-to-end lifecycle of AI productivity tools, set roadmaps, govern deployments, define acceptance criteria, and drive adoption via training and assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Data & Analytics, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of six years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, or in a similar agile role. Prior Copilot rollout experience required.
• Deep practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and the broader M365 ecosystem; knowledge of AI/ML concepts, cloud-native architecture, and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage AI/Copilot lifecycle from strategy to deployment and governance.
• Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for AI-enhanced productivity.
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories and technical specs for development teams.
• Create and maintain a strategic roadmap for the AI productivity platform.
