Job summary

Scale AI is seeking an AI Product Manager to own the Agent & RL Environment data vertical, focusing on CUA data and researcher-facing tools. You will manage the product roadmap, treat data as a product, and build pipelines for data generation and quality while working with labs to train and evaluate intelligent agents.

The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, technical depth, and the ability to engage with researchers and customers to drive mission-critical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build new products from the ground up.
• 6+ years of experience in product management or a customer-facing role.
• Technical background in software engineering (degree in computer science or equivalent).
• Understanding of reinforcement learning, simulation environments, or data pipelines for model training and evaluation.
• Strong customer intuition and translating technical requirements into product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the Agent & RL Environment Data vertical, setting product direction and driving execution across engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams.
• Build technical partnerships with research teams at leading AI labs, identifying insights that shape new product lines and competitive strategies for your vertical.
• Design, experiment with, and deliver high-quality data pipelines, tooling, and evaluation frameworks that advance RL and agentic model capabilities.
• Scope out and scale the creation of RL environments that simulate real-world use cases.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, influencing business priorities and engaging in research, operations, and customer interactions.
