Scale AI is seeking an AI Product Manager to own the Agent & RL Environment data vertical, focusing on CUA data and researcher-facing tools. We are seeking an AI Product Manager to own the Agent & Reinforcement Learning Environments data vertical, with a focus on Computer Using Agent (CUA) data. You will oversee the product roadmap for your data vertical, manage data as a product, pipelines for data generation and quality, and researcher-facing tools to help labs train and evaluate intelligent agents in complex environments. You will work directly with Scale’s most important customers and researchers, representing Scale as the technical expert for your products and influencing internal and external roadmaps.
The ideal candidate combines an entrepreneurial mindset, technical depth, and a grasp of AI research to engage technical stakeholders and drive mission-critical outcomes.
Base salary range: $171,200 - $214,000 USD. Compensation packages include base salary, equity, and benefits. Eligible roles may include equity-based compensation, subject to board approval. Benefits include health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits, a learning and development stipend, and generous PTO. Additional benefits such as a commuter stipend may be available depending on location and role.
