Job summary

Scale is seeking an AI Product Manager to own the Finance vertical within its Agents Data & Reinforcement Learning Environments team. You’ll own both the development of RL environments—the high-fidelity simulations of financial workflows—and the data-as-a-product strategy that powers them.

You’ll translate finance domain expertise into environments and datasets that teach AI agents to perform real financial work.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of direct experience in the Finance industry in one or more relevant domains.
• AI-forward thinking with ability to articulate how AI transforms the industry.
• Builder mindset: comfortable with ambiguity and creating products end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own the Finance AI roadmap and data strategy, setting direction for finance agents training stack and data behind it.
• Build partnerships with research teams at frontier labs to shape new product lines and competitive strategy in Finance.
• Design and scale Finance-specific environments and simulations that train and evaluate agents on real-world workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to influence business priorities and deliver mission-critical outcomes.
