Retensa is seeking an AI Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of our SaaS platforms. You’ll bridge client needs, business goals, and technical execution to deliver scalable, competitive products.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in SaaS product development with AI-driven features, strong SDLC and agile experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful, our next hire has a proven track record in a fast-paced environment tackling multiple projects and competing demands. A great candidate contributed to all aspects of a SaaS platform: AI-driven development, product design, UI/UX, client implementation, security, and scaling to millions of users. We want someone who understands and values the full SDLC of modern Agile software development. They must know requirements gathering, road mapping, development team management, user testing, and proactive client communications…and use AI to accelerate it.

What You Will Do

As the AI Product Manager, you will own the full product lifecycle for Retensa’s SaaS platforms. You’ll be the bridge between client needs, business goals, and technical execution, ensuring our products deliver value, scale effectively, and remain competitive.

• Lead Product Strategy: Contribute to product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with company goals.
• Drive Execution: Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and sprint plans.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and client success to deliver high-impact features.
• Champion Client Needs: Interact with Client Support to gather feedback, analyze product usage, and integrate insights to inform product priorities
• Innovate: Monitor evolving industry trends and shifts to innovate solutions for competitive advantage
• Monitor Performance: Track product success metrics to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and business impact.

Qualifications/Skills

• 5+ years of experience in, on, or managing SaaS Web application development
• Direct experience bringing AI innovation to on-demand SaaS software
• Proficiency to source and prioritize needs from internal team and external client
• Interest in helping companies create workplaces that engage, inspire, and retain employees
• Ready to take the lead and bring their ideas forward
• BA/BS required in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, MIS, or similar
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with real-world-prod-push-this-Wednesday exec

Nice To Have

• Formal Agile training
• PMI (or similar) certification
• AWS Certification
• Programming, UI/UX, or QA experience
• Jira or similar online task tracking experience
• Experience managing remote and part-time employees

Time: Full time, M-F Location: HQ’d in New York City (Remote OK in EST +/- 2 Hours)

Compensation: $90K - $120k
