Retensa is seeking an AI Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of our SaaS platforms. You’ll bridge client needs, business goals, and technical execution to deliver scalable, competitive products.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in SaaS product development with AI-driven features, strong SDLC and agile experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SaaS web application development and product ownership.
• Direct experience bringing AI innovations to on-demand SaaS software.
• Ability to source and prioritize stakeholder needs from internal teams and clients.
• Interest in creating workplaces that engage, inspire, and retain employees.
• Willingness to lead and push ideas forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with company goals.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and sprint plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and client success to deliver features.
• Gather client feedback and analyze product usage to inform priorities.
