Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management work experience.
• Experience with AI solutions or technology-driven products.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and modern tech stacks.
• Foundational AI knowledge and AI-enabled product experience.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain playbooks, standards, and guidance documents.
• Facilitate communities of practice, sharing sessions, and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with service line PMs to surface insights and elevate success stories.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
• Create and manage onboarding materials for the PM community.
• Develop and promote best practices, standards, and templates for core PM disciplines.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer needs and timelines.
• Define product success metrics and KPIs, using data to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and business teams to deliver customer-centric products.
