Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to foster a federated PM community, define shared standards, and drive cohesive product management across the firm. You will partner with operations, design, engineering, and business teams to shape strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management from ideation through delivery.

The role emphasizes customer discovery, market research, and establishing KPIs to measure success, with a hybrid work model and opportunities across diverse AI-enabled products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of launching and managing products.
• Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system design, and modern tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain PM playbooks, standards and guidance documents.
• Facilitate communities of practice and engagement rituals for PMs.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with service line PMs to surface insights and elevate success stories.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering and architecture enablement leaders.
• Develop onboarding materials for the PM community and promote best practices.
