Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks an AI Product Manager to define and deliver AI products, platforms, and capabilities across the enterprise. You will partner with Technology, Data, Risk, and Business teams to drive value while meeting governance and operational requirements.

You will lead data-driven prioritization, drive adoption, and ensure scalable, observable, and secure AI solutions that align with strategic priorities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Digital Product Management experience required.
• Experience managing technology, platform, data, AI, or digital products through the product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of AI, ML, generative AI, or emerging technology concepts and their business applications.
• Ability to balance user needs, business value, technical feasibility, risk considerations, and operational requirements.
• Experience defining and measuring product success through KPIs, OKRs, adoption metrics, operational metrics, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, success metrics, and roadmaps for AI platforms, tools, and capabilities.
• Align AI product priorities across Technology, Data, Risk, Security, and business stakeholders.
• Drive product delivery through the agile lifecycle, from discovery to continuous improvement.
• Leverage product metrics and platform telemetry to guide roadmap decisions.
• Promote platform modernization, observability, governance, and operational excellence.
