Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to foster a federated PM community across the firm, defining standards and coordinating best practices to help PMs thrive wherever they sit.

You'll partner with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders, develop PRDs and roadmaps, oversee backlog, and support go-to-market readiness with a focus on AI-enabled products and modern tech stacks. Hybrid role with flexible location in the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience across lifecycle.
• Experience with AI solutions or technology-driven products.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, APIs, cloud platforms.
• Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain product management playbooks, standards, and guidance documents.
• Facilitate communities of practice, sharing sessions, and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with service line PMs to surface insights and elevate success stories.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
• Create and manage onboarding materials for the PM community.
• Develop and promote best practices, standards, and templates for core product management disciplines.
• Partner with PMO/Scrum to support ongoing planning and capability development.
