Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an AI Product Delivery Specialist to help translate AI use cases into clear product requirements and delivery plans. You will collaborate with clinical, operational, data, and engineering teams to ensure successful, measurable AI-enabled capabilities.

You will participate in discovery, backlog grooming, and cross-functional coordination to drive reusable patterns, adoption, and continuous improvement while upholding safety, privacy, and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–7 years of product management or similar experience in regulated environments.
• Experience translating needs into product requirements and user stories.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including clinical, operational, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Translate priority AI use cases into product requirements, epics, and release plans.
• Maintain documentation, decision logs, and delivery artifacts across use cases.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, data, and compliance stakeholders to keep work moving.
• Define expected AI behaviors, guardrails, and operational considerations.
• Support launch planning, adoption tracking, and measurement of outcomes.
• Identify reusable patterns across multiple AI use cases to reduce duplication.
