Zusammenfassung

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an AI Product Delivery Support professional to translate complex clinical and operational problems into actionable AI-enabled product requirements and roadmaps. You will collaborate with Senior AI Product Managers, engineering, data, privacy, and operations to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include backlog management, discovery sessions, and launch adoption activities, with a focus on safe, trustworthy AI implementations in healthcare

Qualifikationen

4–7 years of product management, digital product delivery, or related field.
Experience translating customer, clinical, or operational needs into requirements.
Experience with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, analytics, data, operations.
Healthcare or regulated-industry experience preferred.

Aufgaben

Translate priority AI use cases into product requirements, epics, and user stories.
Maintain product documentation, decision logs, and delivery artifacts across use cases.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to keep delivery moving and aligned.
Identify risks, dependencies, and escalation points for Senior AI Product Managers.
Define expected AI-enabled behaviours and guardrails for capabilities.
Support launch planning, adoption tracking, and measurement for AI capabilities.
Identify reusable patterns across use cases and reduce duplication.
