Baylor Scott & White Health seeks an AI Product Delivery Support professional to translate priority AI use cases into clear product requirements, user stories, and release plans. You will coordinate with product, engineering, data, and clinical teams to ensure aligned delivery and measurable outcomes.

You will participate in discovery, backlog grooming, and adoption efforts, helping to define guardrails and operational considerations for responsible AI in healthcare.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in product management, digital product delivery, or data products.
• Experience translating needs into product requirements, user stories, and release artifacts.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, analytics, and operations.
• Healthcare or regulated-industry experience preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Translate priority AI use cases into product requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Maintain product documentation, decision logs, and delivery artifacts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to keep delivery moving and aligned.
• Identify risks, questions, dependencies, and escalation points for senior PMs.
• Support discovery, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release coordination.
• Define expected AI-enabled behaviors, guardrails, and operational considerations.
• Support launch planning, adoption tracking, and measurement of outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to reuse patterns across multiple AI use cases.
