Job summary

You will collaborate across engineering, data, privacy, compliance, and clinical teams to ensure measurable outcomes, launch readiness, and responsible AI practices.

This role emphasizes governance, documentation, and cross-use-case coordination within a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, PM, Engineering, CS, Data Science, or Healthcare Administration.
• 4–7 years of experience in product management, digital product delivery, or related fields.
• Experience translating needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with AI-enabled capabilities and healthcare technology is preferred.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate priority AI use cases into product requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Coordinate with engineering, data, architecture, and clinical teams to move delivery forward.
• Maintain delivery artifacts, decision logs, and release plans.
• Support discovery, backlog management, testing, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Define success criteria and ensure duty to privacy, security, and compliance.
