Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in the United States (Guam region) seeks an AI Product role to partner with Senior AI Product Managers, engineering, data, and clinical teams to translate problems into clear requirements and delivery plans for AI-enabled capabilities.

You will support discovery, backlog management, testing coordination, and launch readiness, helping ensure AI features are useful, trustworthy, and compliant across BSWH use cases.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of product management or related experience.
• Experience translating needs into product requirements and user stories.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate priority AI use cases into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and release plans.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, data analytics, ontology, clinical and compliance teams to keep delivery moving.
• Document jobs-to-be-done, workflows, user needs, and measurable success criteria.
• Define expected AI-enabled behaviors and guardrails for capabilities.
• Support launch planning, adoption tracking, and outcomes measurement.
• Identify reusable patterns across use cases to reduce duplication.
