Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an AI Product Delivery Support professional to help translate clinical, operational, and business problems into product requirements and user stories for AI-enabled capabilities.

You will work with senior PMs and diverse teams to maintain documentation, manage backlogs, and coordinate releases that advance measurable outcomes across BSWH use cases.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of product management or related experience in digital/healthcare tech.
• Experience translating customer needs into product requirements and stories.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, analytics, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Support AI use-case delivery by translating problems into requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Maintain documentation, decision logs, and delivery artifacts for assigned use cases.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to keep work moving and aligned.
• Assist in discovery, backlog management, and release planning for AI capabilities.
