Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to foster a federated PM community across the firm. You’ll define standards, coordinate best practices, and connect PMs to enable successful product delivery from ideation to adoption.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy, roadmaps, PRDs, backlog, and lifecycle management, while driving customer discovery and market insights to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management work experience
• Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system design and modern tech stacks
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain product management playbooks, standards, and guidance documents.
• Facilitate communities of practice, sharing sessions, and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with service line PMs to surface insights and elevate success stories.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
• Create and manage onboarding materials for the PM community.
• Develop and promote best practices, standards, and templates for core product management disciplines.
• Partner with PMO/Scrum to support ongoing planning and capability development across the PM community.
• Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Support PMs in defining and evolving product vision, strategy and roadmaps.
• Develop PRDs, business cases, and feature specs to guide delivery.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog balancing needs and constraints.
• Define product success metrics and KPIs using customer feedback and data.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, UX, and business teams to deliver customer-centric products.
