Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a product leader for government-focused initiatives to bring Claude into core public-sector workflows across civilian, state and local agencies. You will partner with engineering, policy, and GTM teams to understand agency needs and define the path to production-ready solutions.

You will navigate complex regulatory environments, balance user needs with security requirements, and help scale our public-sector offerings.

Qualifications

• Shipped successful products end-to-end.
• Experience building in government or public sector.
• Fluency with AI products and model behavior.
• US person; eligible for government roles.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will run discovery inside government institutions to find where Claude belongs in the production path and shape the product accordingly.
• Own product decisions for our government models and the agency workflows built on top of them.
• Spot government needs worth generalizing and carry them into Anthropic's broader roadmap.
• Help Anthropic navigate government compliance regimes.
• Partner with cloud and integration partners.
