Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Product AI Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-enabled products that drive business value across the enterprise. You will partner with business leaders, data scientists, and software engineers to identify high-impact opportunities and translate them into scalable solutions, owning the AI product roadmap from concept to deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, software development, technology strategy, digital transformation, or related disciplines.
• Experience defining product strategies and translating them into successful business outcomes.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives involving both business and technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive product vision, prioritization, and execution within a complex organization.
• Experience working in Agile product development environments.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI product portfolio strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities aligned with business goals.
• Develop and manage AI product roadmaps with enterprise priorities.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
• Translate business requirements into features, user stories, and backlogs.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams for on-time delivery.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend solutions with business value.
• Create business cases, investment recommendations, and success metrics.
• Drive adoption and measure impact with stakeholders and change management.
• Lead cross-functional teams fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
