Kohl's is seeking a Staff AI Product Solutions Manager to identify and advance enterprise AI opportunities that deliver measurable business value. You will work across technology, architecture, business, risk, and delivery teams to assess where AI can solve meaningful problems and determine the best path to bring those capabilities to life.

This role focuses on the front end of the AI lifecycle and acts as a strategic value orchestrator and context engineer.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping AI strategy and translating opportunities into actionable use cases.
• Ability to lead AI initiatives from discovery through measurement and scale.
• Experience with LLM concepts, RAG, model evaluation, and non-deterministic systems.
• Experience assessing value, feasibility, risk, and investment tradeoffs with cross-functional partners.
• Ability to use business or financial metrics to guide decisions.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business and technology leaders to identify, assess, and prioritize AI opportunities based on value, feasibility, risk, and readiness.
• Define AI use cases, outcomes, success measures, user needs, and adoption considerations.
• Lead discovery and rapid experiments to validate value, performance, feasibility, and cost-to-serve.
• Drive build-versus-buy assessments for AI capabilities and vendor solutions in partnership with EA, Engineering, Legal, and Security.
• Establish product direction for probabilistic and agentic experiences with guardrails and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Translate validated AI solutions into capability briefs and reusable patterns for scale.
• Develop adoption plans with delivery and business teams to embed AI into workflows.
• Define and monitor value, quality, risk, and cost metrics to guide scaling or retiring AI solutions.
• Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide leadership on emerging AI capabilities and responsible adoption.
