Job summary

Automation Anywhere is seeking a Sales Account Executive to drive new business for its APA platform. You will build relationships with prospective clients, conduct on-site and remote meetings, and present compelling demonstrations that showcase the value of our automation solutions.

You will excel with a proven enterprise software sales background, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed to close multi‑million deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree combined with strong work experience is required.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or foreign equivalent) is preferred.
• Proven track record in hunting for new business and achieving/exceeding annual sales quota.
• Experience with Agentic Process Automation (APA) and related automation technologies (RPA, ML, AI).
• Ability to travel 25%–50% to engage with prospective clients and attend events.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of new business bookings and drive growth through targeted account strategies.
• Lead on-site and remote customer meetings and product demonstrations.
• Generate leads through events and proactive outreach to expand market reach.
• Provide technical expertise and collaborate with Sales Engineering on demonstrations.
• Manage Proof of Concepts with sales engineers and coordinate RFX responses.
• Coordinate solution design with support, engineering, and services teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
