Job summary

Automation Anywhere in San Jose, CA is seeking a Product Manager to shape the next generation of agentic AI within our APA platform. This hands-on role spans computer-use agents and agent harnesses that redefine how work gets done at scale.

You will translate fast-moving AI capabilities into products that are usable, commercially valuable, and built for the enterprise. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, define roadmaps, work with customers and partners, and collaborate with engineering, UX,

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, with a meaningful focus on AI products.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience as a PM for Generative AI, Agentic AI, or Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Demonstrated experience taking a technical product from concept to launch (0-to-1, end-to-end).
  • Background in enterprise software, automation platforms, or developer tooling.
  • Strong product sense for turning complex, ambiguous problems into clear, delightful product experiences.
  • Solid understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI, computer-use agents, agent harnesses, and AI evaluation methodologies; direct hands-on experience is a strong advantage.
  • Experience prototyping with emerging AI and agent-based technologies—having built things, even if scrappily.
  • Proven track record of working effectively across engineering, UX, sales, and marketing to get details distributed.

  • Create clear, compelling product specifications, PRDs, and narratives that align technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Use data and evaluation frameworks to define success metrics, measure product performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay at the forefront of the agentic AI landscape—tracking research, trends, and emerging patterns—and bring those insights into your roadmap.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and solutions teams to ensure successful go‑to‑market execution.

Role Overview

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary range: $150,000 – $170,000 a year.
  • Discretionary bonus, equity, and a full range of medical and other benefits.
  • Flexible work schedule/remote roles.
  • Unlimited personal time off, 12 holidays per year, 4 volunteer days per year, 4 company achievement days per year.
  • Paid family/parental leave.
Employment Details

Location: Hybrid role with regular onsite workdays in our San Jose, CA office strongly preferred; other U.S. locations may be considered.
